Pinecone Trust Center. Publishes the SOC 2 Type II report, ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, security policy set, subprocessor list, and current security posture.

How to get access

Pinecone's trust center is hosted on Vanta at https://trust.pinecone.io. Agency personnel should: (1) open https://trust.pinecone.io; (2) complete the access request form with first name, last name, work email, company name and a reason (existing customer, prospective customer, or other); (3) select "Request access"; (4) once access is granted, return to the same page to view and download the access-controlled material. Someone who has been granted access before can restore it with "Reclaim access". Federal agency personnel who cannot obtain access this way should contact trust@pinecone.io.
